Refund Policy

All sales are final
PostCat credits and sends are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a credit is purchased, and once a cat greeting has been sent, the delivery cannot be undone. For that reason all purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:
- A duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our side.
- Credits that were paid for but never appeared in your account due to a system failure.
- Fraudulent or unauthorised charges on your card (please contact your bank as well).
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank so we can try to resolve it directly.
